A: No, it is included in the price if shipping anywhere in the 48 contiguous states.

Q: When will my folders ship?
 

A: Customers may use the online Order Status tool or contact customer service at 1-800-322-1064 for job status and tracking numbers.

Q: Why does WSF Industries show up on my billing?
 

A: Folder Express is one of a few entities that is part of WSF Industries.

Q: Why do I have to fax a laser separation?
 

A: Every job we receive needs color separations. Jobs using pdf files are no exception. Prepress is the only department with visual access to a pdf. Color separations are needed to compare artwork in other departments to make sure your job is done correctly and on time.

Q: How long does it take to get a quote?
 

A: Folder Express strives to respond to quotes within 24 hours.

Q: Why can't I download a template?
 

A: All of our templates are saved as .eps files (encapsulated postscript).  These files can be opened in any design/layout program. If they are downloading as .ps (postscript) files, either change the extension from .ps to .eps or they can still be placed into Quark or InDesign as .ps files.
